Need balance in life?
My journey into myself started when excruciating back pain and recurrent critical illness turned my life upside down and inside out. My determination to re-evaluate my existence, to understand and change the underlying patterns that govern my life, and my willingness to learn to let go and to surrender to a greater consciousness allow me to navigate the storms of life. Through accessing strength, stability, and faith from deep within, I find peace and balance. I am often asked, "How do you do this?"
Join us for 3 days on an intimate retreat in the glorious mountains of Stanford near Cape Town, where Herbert and I will share with you our personal journeys from chaos and overwhelm to balance and peace. Through writing and through the lens.
Let Nature be your guide and find the answers you are looking for.
You will learn how to be mindful in all aspects of life, how to connect with nature and with yourself, how balance creates flow and how flow is needed for transformation.
